The ASR Emitter amplifiers combine two worlds in one amplifier; the emotional sound of the Tube with the Power and Precision of the Transistor. Therefore, the ASR Emitter is built different than most other common amplifiers. First, ASR Emitters are main-amplifiers with an input selector and volume control – you do not need a preamp. Second, the power supplies have separate sections: the input stage, driver stage, and output stage which have their own supplies, each with separate rectification and generous buffering with many capacitors. Third, the volume is regulated with relays which have casings made out of tonally neutral acrylic. These innovations work together to bring you many hours of fatigue free listening pleasure.
