The ASR Basis Exclusive is one of the most advanced phono preamplifiers on the market. The Basis Exclusive has a total buffering capacity of in total 1.300.000 uF and an external battery PSU guarantees for an extremely stable and clean power source.

The ASR Basis Exclusive is equipped with balanced XLR inputs additional to the usual unbalanced RCA sockets. Cartridges are principle balanced sources and can be optimally connected to the ASR Basis Exclusive. The output is also equipped with RCA sockets and balanced XLR connectors.

An optional version with two inputs has two separate input stages for each channel is also available. Both inputs are adjustable completely independently of each other in all parameters.

Through the exceptionally stable power supply, the ASR Basis Exclusive produces a seldom heard precise bass performance. The soundstage is wide and very well defined. The ASR Basis Exclusive carries on the traditional ASR sonic signature with its impressive precision and explosive dynamics, and yet soft and relaxing for many hours of listening pleasure !
